Our Refund and Delivery Policies

 

Dibbits Excavating and Landscape Supply has a formal Refund Policy and Delivery Policy in place to relay  specific guidelines about what is and what is not acceptable to return once a product has left the business grounds as well as delivery expectations and requirements.  Please see the policies below:

 

Return Policy

  • Customers must have their original receipt and transaction card.
  • All sales are final on:  natural stone, polymeric sand and stone dust products, as well as any bulk items.
  • Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging.
  • Paver returns are full sections/layers only.

 

Delivery Policy

  • Delivery charges are based on curb side drop.
  • Deliveries past the curb are subject to driver’s discretion and the purchaser takes full responsibility for any and all damages.
  • Customers must mark the delivery spot with either a shovel, tarp, or wheelbarrow.  If no spot is clearly marked then the delivery will not be made and the customer will be responsible for paying a second delivery charge, etc., at his or her own expense.
