Our Refund and Delivery Policies
Dibbits Excavating and Landscape Supply has a formal Refund Policy and Delivery Policy in place to relay specific guidelines about what is and what is not acceptable to return once a product has left the business grounds as well as delivery expectations and requirements. Please see the policies below:
- Customers must have their original receipt and transaction card.
- All sales are final on: natural stone, polymeric sand and stone dust products, as well as any bulk items.
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in original, unopened packaging.
- Paver returns are full sections/layers only.
- Delivery charges are based on curb side drop.
- Deliveries past the curb are subject to driver’s discretion and the purchaser takes full responsibility for any and all damages.
- Customers must mark the delivery spot with either a shovel, tarp, or wheelbarrow. If no spot is clearly marked then the delivery will not be made and the customer will be responsible for paying a second delivery charge, etc., at his or her own expense.
